VPN Requirement: Review the design of an inter-court data network. Redesigned a network to create a VPN connecting Superior and Municipal Courts in the State of California. Worked with selected vendor on implementation plan. This redesign saved several million dollars a year in operating expenses while providing higher levels of service and security operating over the Internet.
